Feature Your Event on the Main Calendar

Event Standards

Acceptable Events

When requesting that an event be added to the Main Texas State Calendar, it must meet all field standards, which you can view on the main calendar event fields guide.

Prohibited Events

  • Events without an on-campus sponsor will not be accepted.
  • Events that include prohibited language, images, or spam/broken links will not be accepted.
  • Events related to application and payment deadlines will not be accepted.
