University Events Calendar (Trumba) training is managed through a self-paced online training program in TRACS.
Submitting events does not require training or access to department calendars.
- Each department may have up to 2 editors for their calendar (currently, student workers are not allowed to be calendar editors).
- Requested editors must successfully complete our self-paced training prior to being given access. The calendar manager will need to send a request to email@example.com if they would like a new editor to replace one of their existing editors in the system.
- If both editor slots are filled, any person can still submit events to the calendar for approval using the submit feature. This does not require training and is pictured on the left.
If you do not need access to a calendar, but only wish to submit events to one, please use the Submit button feature on a stand-alone calendar page (pictured in introduction). Training is not required to do this. Otherwise, please enter the name of the calendar you will require editor access to.
